Financial Management Role

The Financial Controller oversees all financial and accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include cash flow management, budgeting, forecasting, compliance, cost control, internal controls, and financial reporting.

This role drives the financial health and success of the hotel, supporting senior management in strategic decision-making and maintaining financial transparency.

Key skills and qualifications:

* Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA)
* 5 years plus experience in a financial management role, with a strong background in hotel financial management
* Strong knowledge of Irish accounting standards and hospitality industry financial practices
* Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Knowledge of Irish tax and financial regulations
* Ability to analyse financial data and provide actionable insights
