What You'll Do: Expertly prepare, cut, and present meat to the highest standards Provide outstanding customer service and product knowledge Merchandise and maintain an attractive, well-stocked counter Follow all HACCP procedures and food safety regulations Maximise the efficient day to day running of the Mullingar shop Manage the intake, processing and rotation of stock Meet Sales and Margin targets while minimising waste Manage, train and develop butchers & retail team What We're looking for Qualification & experience in Butchery Minimum 2 years of Butcher Manager experience A passion of delivering top-quality products and service Excellent organisation skills, and be a skilled communicator both in terms of teams engagement and customer interaction References required What we offer: Competitive salary: €40,000 per year Permanent, full time positions Supportive team environment with room for growth If this sounds like the perfect opportunity for you, please apply below Skills: Butcher
