Job Opportunity:
A Global Tax Specialist is required to oversee tax activities across multiple international entities, while also supporting US operations in a fast-paced environment with excellent exposure to global corporate tax compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review transfer pricing documentation across international jurisdictions.
- Manage and optimize global R&D credits; track eligible spend with accounting teams.
- Prepare quarterly international tax provisions.
- Coordinate with external tax providers to ensure accurate and timely filing.
- Prepare and review indirect tax returns across various regions.
- Support internal and external audits with relevant documentation.
- Maintain internal controls and tax-related process documentation.
Candidate Profile:
- 3–5 years' post-qualification tax experience, ideally in a multinational or US-based company.
- Strong understanding of international tax, R&D credits, and transfer pricing.
- Knowledge of SOX and financial reporting standards.
- Self-starter with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
