Job Title: Accounts Manager
Job Description:
This role is for an experienced accounts professional to manage all aspects of the firm's client and office banks. This includes processing online banking payments, recording bank transactions, reconciling banks, and maintaining petty cash.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage client and office banks including online banking payments, cheque payments, and reconciling banks
2. Maintain petty cash
3. Handle accounts payable by recording supplier invoices, managing supplier payments, and addressing any supplier queries
4. Manage accounts receivable, including client invoicing and credit control
5. Record and reconcile Land Registry, Court Franking, and CRO accounts
Required Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, preferably with experience in a legal accounts position. A Accounting Technician or similar accounting qualification is also desired. In addition, the following skills are essential:

7. VAT rates and VAT reporting obligations
8. Online banking processes
Working Conditions:
The successful candidate will work on-site in the office, enjoying a 4-day working week. This is a permanent position requiring a proactive and professional attitude, with the ability to work on own initiative.
