Our client, a long-established international life insurer specialising in unit-linked products for expatriate customers, is seeking a Reporting Actuary / Actuarial Analys t for their Dublin office.
This role sits in the Actuarial Reporting team and offers broad exposure across regulatory reporting, actuarial investigations, balance sheet production and financial metrics, in a collaborative environment focused on learning and development.
Key Responsibilities Produce and validate actuarial balance sheets for multiple Group entities.
Calculate and analyse PVNBP and VNB metrics for management and regulatory purposes.
Assist in the preparation of regulatory reports and submissions.
Support experience investigations and contribute to actuarial assumption setting.
Perform data modelling and analysis using Excel and Prophet.
Collaborate with Finance and other internal teams to ensure timely completion of reporting tasks.
Support wider actuarial and financial planning projects as directed by the Head of Actuarial Reporting and Financial Planning.
Required Knowledge experience with Prophet, DCS, SQL or R is an advantage.
Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders.
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work both independently and in a team.
