Key Responsibilities:

* Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned base of Tier C customers focusing on revenue growth and retention through proactive engagement.
* Quoting & Order Coordination: Generate accurate sales quotes within 24 hours of request. Coordinate with Operations and Finance teams to manage the full order lifecycle from purchase order receipt to dispatch.
* CRM Discipline: Log all customer interactions (emails, calls, WhatsApp) in CRM ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date records.
* Engagement Tracking: Monitor and report on customer responsiveness and activity using CRM tools and engagement metrics.
* Product Communication: Share weekly pricing updates and bi-monthly product news with customers via Odoo and WhatsApp.
* SLA Compliance: Adhere to service level agreements including quote turnaround within 24 hours and order entry within 48 hours.

Requirements:

* 13 years experience in inside sales customer service or sales support B2B environment preferred
* Strong communication and relationship building skills
* Experience with CRM systems Odoo or similar
* High attention to detail accuracy and operational discipline
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive target-driven and customer-focused mindset
* Familiarity with solar products or renewable energy sector is an advantage
