Stepping Stones Care Ltd, was established in 2008. Our primary purpose was, initially to provide mainstream residential care services to young people who, for various reasons cannot live at home. Our purpose has evolved over time, and we now offer a broad spectrum of services to include mainstream residential care and specialised care services for young people and adults with disabilities. We are proud to offer residential care, community care, respite care, aftercare and semi-independent services.Due to our continuing growth, Stepping Stones Care is now recruiting a HR Administrator, this position in based in our Head Office in Howth, North Co, Dublin.Role & ResponsibilitiesSupport the HR Manager with day-to-day administrative duties e.g. Maintaining employee files.Deal with Day-to-day HR related queries from management and employeesRecruitment related administration supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.Maintenance of Training Matrix, send links and update training records accordingly on our system. Advising staff and Managers of outstanding training and ensuring this completed in a timely manner.Any other duties that may be required to support the HR Manager & Payroll Manager to deliver best practice.General Administration, answering phones, taking queries, etc.Person SpecificationExcellent administration skills, HR administration experience would be desirable but not essential.Excellent communication skillsStrong team playerExcellent organisational skillsStrong phone, email and knowledge of Microsoft & Google SuitesJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:FlexitimeAbility to commute/relocate:Co.
