SAP Application Support Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Application Support Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide day-to-day functional and technical support across the SAP landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and a great end-user experience.
* Provide Level 1-3 support for SAP applications across relevant modules (Financials/Controlling, Materials Management, Sales and Distribution, Production Planning, Human Capital Management, SuccessFactors, Basis, etc.)
* Troubleshoot incidents, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions or workarounds
* Monitor SAP system performance, integrations, jobs, and interfaces
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage change requests, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, documentation, and release management
* Support system upgrades, patches, and enhancement projects
* Collaborate with business users to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement
