The Role

At PV Generation, we're proud to be at the forefront of the renewable energy sector, providing high-quality solar PV installations across Ireland since 2015. With our continued growth, we’re now looking for skilled Solar PV Installers to join our team.
In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation of solar photovoltaic systems on a range of properties, including domestic, agricultural, and commercial buildings. You’ll work closely with a supportive team and have the opportunity to enhance your skills within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Install solar PV systems to the highest standards on residential, commercial, and agricultural buildings
* Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols during all installations
* Manage site preparation and ensure all materials and equipment are on-site and ready for installation
* Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion
* Provide guidance and technical support to junior installation staff
* Maintain high standards of workmanship, ensuring each installation complies with Irish regulations and industry best practices
* Complete necessary inspections and paperwork to ensure SEAI compliance
* Maintain positive relationships with clients and contractors throughout each project

The Person
We’re looking for someone with:
* Proven experience as a solar installer or in a similar role
* Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems
* Excellent understanding of health & safety standards
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Good communication skills with both clients and team members
* A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
* A valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and Working at Height certification
