We help clients build resilient, compliant, and forward-looking businesses which are set up for regulatory compliancePurpose-led work you'll be part ofAs a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of collaborative and solution-focused Regulation and Risk experts who support clients to build strong risk and regulatory frameworks, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will contribute to projects that make a real difference projects that shape the future of our clients' businesses, supporting them in designing and enhancing their frameworks to meet evolving regulatory expectations.Responsibilities include:Designing or enhancing Compliance and Risk Frameworks, including policies and procedures to support our client's regulatory agendaPartnering and guiding our clients on their strategic initiatives linked to existing and new regulation, such as large-scale remediation & transformation projectsInterpretation and implementation of upcoming regulationsReview client documentation relative to our client's regulatory environmentSupport and guide our clients throughout the market entry authorisation processSupporting the team's business development and thought leadership initiativesExperiences and skills Degree qualified - recognised compliance qualification, a distinct advantage3 years' industry or consulting experience in a Compliance environmentStrong understanding of the Irish regulatory landscape for example, AML and various Conduct regulations including CPC, SME, CCMA, GDPR, F&P, MiFID etc.A curious and analytical mind-set and the ability to draw insights from data for decision-making and value business outcomesStrong communication and report writing skills.A keen eye for detail with a focus on delivering excellenceRecognised project management qualifications, a distinct advantageHigh level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
