Senior Product Leadership Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading product initiatives, driving business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and clarify technical requirements.
The role requires a strong understanding of technical and business alignment, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. Key areas of responsibility include:
* Technical & Business Alignment: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure alignment with company technology standards.
* Lead Frontend Initiatives: Oversee the development of customer-facing frontend features, guiding design and development.
* Creative Problem Solving: Employ innovative strategies to address challenges and seize product opportunities.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise between development teams and stakeholders, articulating technical considerations and product needs.
* Influence & Prioritization: Manage stakeholder demands and handle tough conversations to define what to build and when.
* Culture & Team Building: Foster a positive environment, encouraging accountability, ownership, and transparent communication.
* Agile Facilitation: Lead planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies to keep development on track.
* Technical Assessment: Collaborate with engineers on software designs, identify enhancements, and anticipate impacts.
Requirements:
* 5+ years in a similar role (product, program, or service management with a technical emphasis).
* Demonstrated track record of coordinating customer activities alongside product development roadmaps.
* Familiarity with facilitating technical and non-technical workshops, trainings, or problem-solving sessions.
Preferred Skills:
* Ability to translate complex technical details into clear, concise requirements.
