KNOW THE ROLE
Maintaining the brand tone of voice and look & feel for the Brown Thomas Arnotts online presence which will entail presenting consistency throughout all site, email & app collateral. Bringing original, editorial ideas and content formats, sourcing inspiration to support key campaigns and product launches and creating short form written and visual content. Working closely with the Digital Content team you will feed into the idea generation, planning process and creation to ultimately ensure the timely delivery of all content, email production and scheduling of this on the website and app. Executing the content and campaigns to the highest standard alongside web designers to provide the customer with a seamless and exciting brand experience. This role involves using a number of systems day to day including: Adobe Creative Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Click Up, Outlook.
KNOW WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong visual and aesthetic understanding
A talent for writing and a clear grasp of spelling, grammar and the finer points of written content
The ability to generate original ideas and come up with exciting digital content formats
Maintaining and updating all site, email & app copy, proof reading & QA
Briefing, coordinating and scheduling the email process from end to end
Efficient planning and execution of multi-category site updates and promotions alongside seasonal campaigns
Responsible for feature editing/scheduling from end to end – working closely with marketing and buying departments on concept and brief
Confidence to contribute to briefing meetings, troubleshoot and escalate challenges to ensure delivery runs smoothly
Understanding of the visual and aesthetic needs of a digital environment with a basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in navigating multiple systems
The ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
Good judgement, a sense of initiative and a professional working manner
Self-motivated, and eagerness to learn and upskill
Willingness to go the extra mile
Experience with Outlook, Excel, Click Up, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud is preferable.
Knowledge of retail / luxury is preferable
Understanding of Keywords and SEO techniques is an advantage.
