Carroll & Kinsella Aftersales are seeking a customer focused Service Advisor to join our busy Toyota & Lexus Aftersales team in Deansgrange. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to develop a long-term career within the motor industry.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome customers and act as the first point of contact
* Manage service bookings from check-in to vehicle collection
* Liaise with the workshop, parts, and warranty teams
* Provide clear updates on repair progress, costs, and timelines
* Prepare job cards and ensure accurate documentation
* Ensure vehicles are completed on time and work is fully explained to customers
* Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism
Requirements
* Previous customer service or motor trade experience is an advantage
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
* Positive, professional attitude with strong attention to detail
* Full, clean driving licence required
