As one of the fastest growing brands in Northern Ireland, BPerfect Cosmetics is rapidly expanding and looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Brand Experts to join the team.
We design, develop, and outsource the manufacture of a range of cosmetics that are stocked in over 1800+ retail outlets throughout the UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and worldwide.
We create innovative beauty products that are on trend, forward-thinking, and unique, collaborating with top make-up artists and beauty influencers.
Role Description:
We are seeking a Brand Expert to work part-time, one day a week.
Responsibilities include promoting and demonstrating BPerfect products, colour matching, and upselling.
The ideal candidate is outgoing with sales experience and comfortable engaging with customers.
This role also offers opportunities to support BPerfect events such as masterclasses, mall events, and potential work within our Megastores.
Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales targets using effective selling skills.Promote the BPerfect Cosmetics brand, products, and services to create memorable customer experiences and foster loyalty.Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service.Maintain high store standards by merchandising and presenting the environment professionally.Assist with store operational tasks.Support store policies and procedures to ensure safety for team members and customers.Communicate effectively with team members.The Individual:

Our Sales Assistants act as brand ambassadors, bridging our products and customers.
