Insurance Sales Office Leadership Role
This challenging leadership position requires a seasoned professional to manage all aspects of an Insurance Sales Office operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the performance of the insurance sales team, providing coaching, development, and support to staff members.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and performance management within an insurance broker or insurance company. A full, clean Irish driving license is also required for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the performance of the insurance sales team.
* Provide necessary coaching, development, and support to staff members.
* Allocate targets in a manner that ensures all staff members have the opportunity to excel, achieve, and exceed targets.
* Work with other branch managers to best utilize shared resources.
* Grow revenue through direct selling and account management.
* Target customer segments in various business sectors and develop prospecting strategies to maximize penetration and/or build on success.
* Develop customer relationships and sales opportunities.
Requirements:
* CIP qualification at a minimum is an absolute requirement.
* Skills: people management, talent, insurance, CIP, APA, commercial lines.
