Position Overview An experienced and driven Senior Engineer is required to support the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects. This role will involve overseeing engineering activities on-site, ensuring technical excellence, and supporting project teams in achieving programme, quality, and safety objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all engineering aspects of assigned projects from inception through to completion Coordinate site setting out activities and ensure works are delivered in accordance with design specifications Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents Liaise with design teams, subcontractors, and site management to resolve technical queries Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards at all times Monitor project progress and provide technical input to support programme delivery Supervise and mentor junior engineers and site staff Maintain accurate site records, including as-built drawings and quality documentation Assist in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Identify and mitigate potential risks and engineering challenges Requirements Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline Minimum 58 years experience in a similar role within construction or civil engineering Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, setting out, and surveying equipment Experience working on large-scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects Proficient in relevant engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Total Station, GPS systems) Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines Benefits: competitive salary Company Vehicle Vehicle Allowance pension bonus
