Our client, a leading Irish Law Firm, is seeking a Legal Technology Manager to lead a team of software support, testers and IT specialists.Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.The Legal Technology Manager will hold a key leadership position in advancing operational performance across the firm.This role oversees the development, enhancement and implementation of legal processes and technology-driven solutions that effectively support both Solicitors and Clients.Call Emma Skelton now on for more details.Salary: Market Leading Benefits: Pension, Bonus, 2-3 days WFH, Healthcare, Subsidised Restaurant, Work From Abroad, Career Development, Gym.The Role: Drive the identification, evaluation and transformation of legal and operational workflows to enhance efficiency, consistency, quality and effective risk management at scale.Utilise structured process improvement frameworks within a legal practice environment to deliver measurable outcomes.Collaborate closely with partners, fee earners and business services teams to convert business requirements into streamlined, technology-enabled processes.Define and implement clear objectives, KPIs and development plans that align with the firms strategic priorities.Oversee resource allocation, capacity planning and prioritisation to support multiple practice groups and concurrent initiatives effectively.Lead the design, development and ongoing oversight of document automation solutions across a range of practice areas.Ensure all solutions are resilient, scalable, sustainable and fully aligned with legal and risk requirements.Collaborate with Knowledge teams and subject matter experts to maintain legal accuracy and consistency within automated outputs.Implement strong governance structures covering template ownership, version control, testing protocols and change management processes.Oversee the rollout of IT application and process-focused training programmes for lawyers and business services teams.Promote the uptake of new systems and workflows through structured change management initiatives and proactive stakeholder engagement.Keep updated on industry trends and emerging technologies that impact legal process improvement and operational efficiency.Experience: Extensive experience in legal process improvement, legal technology, or legal operations within a large law firm environment.Proven track record in managing and developing multidisciplinary technical or operational teams.Strong expertise in document automation technologies and structured document design.Solid knowledge of case management, document management, and practice management systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Experience leading software testing and quality assurance initiatives in complex system environments.
