We are looking for a Client Solutions Manager to strengthen our Spotify team in Ireland where you will be responsible for the local market .
As a Client Solutions Manager at Aleph, you'll play a pivotal role in driving success for our clients. You'll be their go-to expert, ensuring their campaigns achieve outstanding results. What You'll Do
* Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute effective advertising strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging various digital platforms.
* Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize results.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, creative, and technical departments, to deliver seamless campaign execution.
* Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the table to enhance client success.
What You Need For This Role
* 2-3 years proficiency in Account Management: creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships.
* A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences or similar.
* Expertise with online advertising, analytics, and social media.
* Outstanding knowledge of trends, markets, and opportunities.
* Positive attitude with a drive to go above and beyond.
* Detail-oriented and able to successfully manage and execute multiple cross-functional projects.
* Structured and analytical mindset.
* Excellent Excel skills.
* Strong communication, time management, and organization skills.
* Ability to efficiently communicate internally and externally with excellent communication skills in English.
