Job Title: Social Care Professional for Intellectual Disability Services
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities in a residential or respite setting. As a social care professional, you will be responsible for delivering person-centered care and promoting the independence of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- A qualification at level 7 on the National Framework qualifications in social care, social work, youth work, teaching, nursing, childcare with disability modules or other relevant discipline
- Experience working in a residential, respite, or day service setting with people with an intellectual disability
- CORU registration as a social care worker or in process of registration
