Role Overview
HGV Mechanic – minimum 3 years experience, relevant trade certificate, diagnostic and mechanical maintenance skills, knowledge of engines, gearboxes, clutches, diff, axles, electrical faults in lighting, start motor, alternators and electronic control systems. Good written and spoken English required.
Responsibilities
* Diagnostic and inspection of HGV systems.
* Service and maintenance mechanical knowledge – engines, gearboxes, clutches, diff, axles.
* Electrical faults – lighting, start motor, alternators, electronic control systems.
Qualifications
* Minimum 3 years experience in HGV maintenance.
* Relevant trade certificate.
* Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge.
* Good written and spoken English.
