Procurement Specialist Role
Your new role involves coordinating administrative and transactional aspects of the tendering process, managing key milestones, preparing documentation for platforms like the EU Journal and eTenders, and issuing correspondence at pre- and post-tender stages.
This includes supporting the clarification process, assisting in opening and archiving submissions, and ensuring all documentation is stored and maintained in line with internal procedures.
Liaising with various business functions to identify potential risks and contribute to continuous improvement of tender administration processes will be a key part of your responsibilities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
Familiarity with eSourcing platforms and public procurement portals is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with a proactive approach to identifying risks and improving processes, will be key to success.
A relevant qualification in business, procurement, or administration would be beneficial.
