Your new role
As our new Marketing Content Specialist, you will be a specialist in developing ad content for LinkedIn, Google, and other paid media, with a flair for visual communication and digital formats.
You will report to the UK campaign manager and team lead and be part of the Brand, Marketing, and External Relations team.
* Conceptualise high-impact and commercial campaign content and assets for various paid and owned channels, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and messaging.
* Create copy that converts by applying strong storytelling and copywriting skills to build content designed for lead generation and nurturing, including developing clear and effective CTAs that drive measurable outcomes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally: conceptualise and provide asset briefs for our brand and design colleagues and other stakeholders involved in content creation and campaign execution.
* Ensure quality: develop marketing content with audience engagement and SEO in mind to drive organic traffic and ranking, working with our design and UX specialists to focus on web-based conversion points.
* Review and refresh existing owned and paid content to increase engagement and conversions.
About you
You should have the ability to understand and learn complex subjects quickly, and be a wordsmith with a flair for visual communication, digital formats, and paid channels.
* Experience with conversion-focused copy and content development for ads, web, emails, and social media.
* Knowledge of CRO best practices that influence your content delivery.
* A proven track record in producing B2B ad content for channels such as LinkedIn, Google Ads, banner advertising, or YouTube is essential and prioritized.
* Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with a flair for commercial copy and visual communication.
* Ability to write for diverse B2B audiences and translate complex issues into impactful marketing copy and assets concisely.
* Apply SEO principles and develop engaging, high-performing landing page content; familiarity with CMS is a plus.
* Ability to provide clear creative briefs and collaborate effectively with designers and marketing colleagues across multiple geographies.
* Relevant B2B experience from an agency or international marketing or communications division.
