This role involves working closely with suppliers, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders, stock, and customer communications.

Key responsibilities will include: Manage inbound calls and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently Processing customer orders accurately in SAP Respond to supplier and account queries, ensuring timely resolution Monitor and manage back orders, providing updates to customers and internal teams Assist the Sales team with administration, reporting, and coordination Maintain customer records, pricing updates, and product information in internal systems Provide general office support where required Applicants will meet the following requirements: 1- 2 years of experience in a customer service or order processing Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset Confidence using business systems and MS Office suite High attention to detail and strong organisation skills Reliable, punctual, and team-focused Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with internal teams A proactive, problem-solving approach This position is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, loves a mix of administration and customer service and who wants a role where they can grow.
