Responsibilities

• Lead the F&B team to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless daily operations,
• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability,
• Manage inventory, stock ordering and reporting software,
• Foster a culture of accountability, empowerment, and continuous improvement among team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field,
• Minimum 2 years' experience in food and beverage management,
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality service and driving revenue growth,
• Excellent people management skills, with ability to motivate and supervise staff.
