We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience working in a fast-paced legal environment.
The role will involve arranging meetings and appointments, managing diaries, opening and scanning post, and taking responsibility for filing systems.
You will work closely with solicitors and other staff members to ensure that office functions and activities run smoothly.
This is a permanent position based in Limerick city, with a salary range of €40K per annum plus benefits package.
Key responsibilities:
* Manage the filing system, including indexing material and scanning documents
* Prepare and type various documents, correspondence, and legal submissions
* Work efficiently using own initiative, take responsibility without direction, and use discretion at times
* Perform general office duties as required
Requirements:
* 4 years plus experience working in a busy legal environment
* High speed typing and accuracy
* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to use discretion and initiative
* Excellent attention to detail
