Job title : Maintenance Operatives Job Description: Maintenance operatives are responsible to carry out repairs as required and assist in the maintenance of structures, equipment & fabrication.
Lastly to up keep the preventative maintenance system in place in Rooney fish, to update and control all service record, machine checks and proactive or reactive maintenance required on the Rooney fish site.
Maintain the PMS system checks and records on site Service machines as per schedule in the production areas every 3, 6 and annual service as required Detail the description of all machines serviced correctly Complete pre clearance / hygiene check sheets before a machine can be used in production after proactive or reactive PMS Liase with Production manager/ supervisors to document all repairs to damaged or faulty equipment, that may cause serious contamination to a product or a serious health & safety risk to the operator Maintain the PMS system checks for road vehicles & vehicle records on site Role Requirements: Mechanical background required Maintenance report directly to the Production/Quality Manager / Managing Director Work Level 2 DEPUTY: Senior Management Salary: £30000 depending on experience
