About the role:
* Responsibility for maintenance of financial records and ledgers
* Prepare VAT returns and Revenue compliance (ROS submissions)
* Prepare monthly management accounts and reports
* Preparation of year end financial accounts and support the completion of statutory audit
* Oversee processing and payment of supplier invoices, ensuring timely and accurate entries
* Review of bank reconciliations and monthly supplier account reconciliations
* Support payroll processing and maintenance of related records
* Monitor employee expense claims and ensure compliance with Revenue guidelines
* Other ad hoc finance or admin duties as required by management
What are we looking for?:
* Min 2-3 years experience in a similar role
* Experienced in office book-keeping
* Ability to work within a team environment to achieve team/department objectives.
