Administrative Professional in Accounts Receivable
We are seeking a seasoned administrative professional to fill the role of Accounts Receivable Administrator on a maternity leave cover contract.
1. Process and set up approved credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in managing customer relationships.
2. Manage accounts receivable inquiries via email and phone in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
3. Maintain accurate account documentation, including staff accounts and associated records.
The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of experience in accounting administration, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office & accounting software platforms.
