Aftersales Advisor Trainee
We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as an Aftersales Advisor Trainee.
1. Manage the flow of information between the workshop, dealership, and customers, delivering excellent customer service at all times.
* Servicing or repair needs for Volkswagen vehicles will be your primary focus. Managing service telephone enquiries on behalf of the Dealership is another key task in this role. You must qualify service needs and diagnose vehicle running problems where appropriate.
