A seasoned commercial leader is required to spearhead the commercial function in a fast-paced construction environment.
Responsibilities:
* Drive business growth through effective cost management and financial reporting.
* Promote knowledge sharing from pre-construction through delivery, ensuring seamless project execution.
* Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to achieve commercial objectives.
* BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND THE SUPPLY CHAIN TO ENSURE SUCCESSFUL PROJECT OUTCOMES.
* MANAGE COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTATION, RISKS, AND OPPORTUNITIES THROUGHOUT THE PROJECT LIFECYCLE TO MINIMIZE COSTS AND MAXIMIZE PROFITS.
