We have two consulting rooms, separate dog and cat wards, a surgical theatre, diagnostic facilities including an x-ray room, and a dental room. We have a light and comfortable reception area, and we're passionate about fear-free techniques to help make every one of our patients' visits to see us as comfortable as possible. We are conveniently located on the Malahide Road industrial parkThe ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be leading the front of house team who are the first point of contact for visitors at the clinic and would also have an interest in learning about animal care with the goal of progressing their career.ResponsibilitiesGreet all visitors and welcome them to the clinic.Answer and direct phone calls.Schedule appointments.Checking in patients.Collecting payments.Maintain records as necessary .Manage the receptionist area and assist with admin tasks as needed.Assist Vet nurses and Vets with patient care when necessary.Undertaking additional tasks as may be assigned.QualificationsHigh school diploma or relevant work experience.Ability to maintain a positive attitude.Excellent communication skills.3 or more years of front of house experience.In Village Vets, we strive to provide the best standard of care to our patients and the best service to our clients.
