We are currently seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our growing civil engineering and groundworks team. This role will suit a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and proven experience managing crews on busy construction sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day supervision of groundworks and civils crews
* Coordinating labour, plant, and materials on site
* Ensuring works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to programme
* Liaising with site engineers, project managers, and main contractors
* Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping
* Completing daily site records, timesheets, and progress reports
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Foreman (groundworks / civils essential)
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to manage crews and subcontractors
* Good understanding of health & safety regulations
* Safe Pass (essential)
* Manual Handling & First Aid (advantage)
* Full driving licence
