Role Overview
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of the Human Resources function within a production-driven environment. The Human Resources Administrator will work closely with key stakeholders to provide HR expertise and support in all areas of the employee lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
* Establish effective relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor to positively influence approaches and behaviors in line with best practices.
* Support the development of people management capability across the site management team to enable line managers and Supervisors to handle people issues confidently and autonomously.
* Manage Employee Relations cases from investigation to resolution, including disciplinary actions, grievances, capability assessments, flexible working arrangements, absence management, and performance reviews.
* Prepare weekly and monthly HR metrics, providing commentary and insights, and use them to inform and drive improvements across the business.
Requirements and Qualifications
A degree in Human Resources or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 6 months' experience working in an HR role, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting. Strong IT skills in HRIS and Office packages are essential, as well as excellent communication and influencing skills.
