We are looking for an exceptional Electrical Engineering Leader to spearhead the development of our modular electrical systems.
This is a critical role within our organisation, requiring a seasoned professional with a strong technical background and excellent leadership skills. As Group Modular Electrical Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of electrical engineers who will design and fit out our modular units.
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, including 3-5 years in a leadership or management role. They will also have a proven track record of leading and developing engineering teams, as well as strong project management capabilities, including budgeting, resource planning, and scheduling.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of electrical systems and modular construction practices, as well as experience in electrical design, installation, and commissioning. They will also be familiar with BIM tools and software for design and coordination, and have experience implementing quality control and assurance processes.
As Group Modular Electrical Engineering Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that our electrical designs and installations meet relevant safety regulations, codes, and environmental standards. You will work closely with engineering teams across disciplines to ensure alignment, and liaise with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet scope, schedule, and quality requirements.
