We are seeking a candidate with experience in Product Management where you can clearly demonstrate that you have owned a Product end-to-end.
Your career to date should include extensive experience
* Product - Service Ownership & Commercial Acumen - including end-to-end as a Product Manager of a product or service that drives revenue, cost / profit.
* Product Strategy, Customer/Market Needs, Building Roadmap, Product Development, Go-to-Market, Measuring Product Performance, Program management and analytics/data capabilities.
Experience
The Director is also responsible for measurement and monitoring, KPI tracking and ad-hoc analysis to assess the performance of products.
1. Over 10+ years of Product-Service end-to-end experience – Management, Operations, Marketing where you are building, defining, implementing Products Roadmaps, Product Strategy and Product Ownership in Financial Services, Technology, FinTech and/or SaaS sectors
2. Strong background and can clearly demonstrate ownership of a Product end-to-end ( of a product or service that drives revenue, cost and ultimately profit).
3. Strong on Delivery – Leadership - Innovation – Development - Revenue – Technology
4. Good background in Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Innovation, Process / Operational Efficiencies.
5. Personal Skills - Excellent at building relationships, stakeholder engagement and management background.
6. Strong financial acumen, identify new revenue streams and ability to drive P&L growth.
