I'm partnering with a well-established machinery distributor in North Dublin to find an organised, customer-focused
Service Support Coordinator
to join their close-knit team.
In this role, you'll be the key link between
customers, service engineers and the internal sales/admin teams
. If you enjoy a mix of administration, customer care and logistics coordination — and you want to work in a company where everyone genuinely knows each other — this is one to look at.
Location:
Dublin 9 ( on site, free parking)
Salary:
€35,000 - €40,000
What you'll be doing:
* Handling incoming service calls and enquiries
* Logging jobs and coordinating engineer schedules
* Staying in regular contact with engineers to track progress and required part
* Ordering parts and updating service records
* Following up with customers for POs once jobs are completed
* Supporting invoicing: collecting accurate job details & cost info
* General service admin and support to the sales team
What we're looking for:
* Ideally, we are looking for people coming from
forklift companies, warehouse equipment suppliers, industrial machinery distributors, construction equipment suppliers, manufacturing, engineering services, automotive parts and service, or HVAC/industrial cleaning equipment
* This role is ideal for someone coming from
sales or sales support
who wants to focus on
customer service, coordination, and admin
rather than cold calling.
* Experience with invoice / POs.
* Experience in
manufacturing, machinery, or materials handling
. (advantage)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience coordinating schedules or working in a service/logistics environment
* Solid admin ability and attention to detail
* Comfortable working with engineers / technical teams
* Background in machinery, manufacturing or materials-handling industries is a plus
* Confident using relevant software and internal systems
* Highly organised with good follow-through
* STAMP 4 or EU citizenship
