Their Finance division provides legal advice on every aspect of finance transactions to financial institutions and borrowers both domestically and internationally.
You will work across complex securitisation transactions and gain well-rounded expertise.
The ideal person:
You have around 2-5 years' PQE in Finance with experience of working on multiple large transactions
You have superb attention to detail, can work autonomously as well as part of a team
You have excellent communication and presentation skills and have a warm and personable manner and a natural flair for business development.
