Job Title:
Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our team. As an HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of all personnel on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement and maintain Health, Safety and Environmental policies and procedures.
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action as necessary.
* Provide guidance and support to contractors and site staff on health, safety and environmental matters.
* Investigate accidents and incidents, identifying root causes and implementing measures to prevent recurrence.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a proactive approach to health, safety and environmental management.
Requirements:• Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science or related field.• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.• Valid first aid certificate.
