Job Summary
This HR Business Partner position is a critical component of our operational framework, responsible for implementing and managing various HR activities across the organization.
Duties:
1. Servicing as an integral strategic partner to designated business units, contribute to local unit plans and drive the execution of strategies
2. Fostering trusted relationships with senior leaders and managers, develop collaborative partnerships that enhance performance
3. To ensure adherence to legislative requirements,
maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies, procedures, and best practices
and promote a progressive work environment by facilitating open communication
4. Counsel employees on Employee Relations matters while providing expert guidance;
