Assistant Project Manager – Construction Fit-Out / Refurbishment

We're a specialist contractor delivering bespoke fit-out and refurbishment solutions. As we grow, we're looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our team on site. This role offers a great opportunity to develop under the guidance of an experienced Senior PM and progress your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
* Work closely with the Senior Project Manager on daily site operations
* Liaise directly with clients and site contacts
* Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth project delivery
* Collaborate with Quality and Commercial teams
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety compliance on site
What You'll Bring:
* 3–5 years of experience in construction, ideally in fit-out or refurbishment
* Solid understanding of modern construction methods and H&S practices
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong IT skills; Procore 1 Breadcrumb and MS Project experience is a big plus
* Required: Safe Pass, First Aid, and Manual Handling certifications
