Location: On-site, based from HQ (Tipperary) covering Leinster and a role based out of Cork Office covering MunsterRole PurposeTo carry out electrical maintenance and repair activities on municipal and industrialwastewater treatment plants, drinking water treatment plants, and various pumpingstations. This role focuses on preventative and reactive maintenance within the water andwastewater industry.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and reactive maintenance on water and wastewater installations.Work on pumping and treatment systems with instrumentation.Calibrate and service on-site instrumentation monitoring equipment.Install, wire, commission, and configure variable speed drives, DOL, and star-delta starters.Liaise with Project Supervisors and Managers on electrical solutions and siteimplementation.Conduct fault finding and rectification where possible.Candidate RequirementsElectrical trade certification.Full EU/Irish driving licence.Minimum 2 years experience in the water or wastewater treatment industry.Ability to read and troubleshoot control panel schematics.Strong technical knowledge of 3-phase motors, pumps, dosing pumps, andinstrumentation.Familiarity with PLCs, automation, and telemetry (advantageous).Proven ability to service, maintain, and fault-find electrical issues, including signalverification to PLCs.Good computer skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary and career progression opportunitiesCompany VehicleWork mobile phone and tabletCompany pension scheme to support your long-term financial wellbeingComprehensive employee healthcare insuranceA supportive and collaborative team environment
