A growing organisation specialising in ophthalmic and healthcare services is seeking an experienced HR Partner / HR Business Partner. As a leading healthcare provider committed to innovation, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement, the organisation is expanding its team and is now looking to appoint an HR Partner to support its growing national operations.
Salary & Package
1. Location: Waterford (on-site) with regular travel across Ireland
2. Type: Full-time, Permanent
3. Salary: €60,000 – €85,000 annually (depending on experience)
4. Travel: Subsidised travel and on-site parking
Key Responsibilities
5. Acting as a trusted HR partner to clinical and operational leaders
6. Managing complex employee relations and performance cases
7. End-to-end recruitment for clinical and support functions
8. HR policy development and compliance with Irish employment law
9. Supporting engagement, culture, and organisational development initiatives
Skills & Experience Required
10. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; CIPD preferred
11. Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior HR role or as a HR Partner
12. Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
