CAD Designer Role
As a CAD designer, you will form part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team responsible for bringing Uisce ireann projects from brief to detailed design and construction. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the requirements associated with wastewater infrastructure project delivery and demonstrate an innovative approach.
Duties:
1. Develop detailed designs and documents.
2. Prioritise safety, environment, constructability, and commercial efficiency in designs.
3. Collaborate effectively within the team.
4. Liaise with clients and stakeholders.
5. Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
6. Identify opportunities for sustainability and innovation in design solutions.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience working with AutoCAD and ArcGIS is essential. A similar role on Uisce ireann projects is also required. Strong communication skills and high motivation are vital, as well as the ability to use your own initiative and problem solve effectively.
