We're hiring for an Operations Manager to support our growing Employee Benefits teamTo keep up with our growth in the UK and Ireland, we're looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to lead and oversee the operational delivery of NFP Ireland's Employee Benefits, Wealth Management, Mortgage and Health services. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless service delivery, strong compliance and governance, operational efficiency, and an exceptional client experience. You will manage and develop a high‑performing operations team - including the Health Team - optimise processes, drive digital and AI‑enabled improvements, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support NFP's growth strategy. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract.We're looking for someone with:Proven experience managing and developing high‑performing teamsA strong understanding of Irish regulatory requirements in wealth, pensions, mortgages, and employee benefitsExcellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skillsA strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement effective solutionsProficiency with MS Office, CRM systems, reporting tools, automation software, and AI‑driven systems5+ years' experience in operations management, preferably within financial services or employee benefitsA professional financial services qualification (e.g., QFA) is desirableExperience in compliance, regulatory engagement, audit support, and risk managementKnowledge of pension schemes, group risk products, wealth advisory services, and health benefits administrationExperience implementing digital transformation or AI‑powered process improvements is an advantageUsing these skills, you'll be:Managing the day‑to‑day operations across Employee Benefits, Wealth Management, Mortgage and Health servicesLeading, mentoring, and developing a team of operational and administrative staff, including the Health TeamManaging recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and continued professional development across all teamsEnsuring service excellence, regulatory compliance, and adherence to SLAs across all operational functionsPartnering with Finance, HR, Compliance, Marketing, and Regional Operations Managers to drive cohesive operational deliveryMaintaining an up-to-date understanding of Irish financial services regulations (GDPR, Central Bank of Ireland, industry standards)Supporting marketing projects, including collateral updates, proposal support, and client‑facing material developmentDeveloping and implementing operational strategies to strengthen efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance client valueOverseeing pipeline management, reporting, new business processing, and ongoing client service workflowsActing as the first line of defence for complaints, ensuring timely investigation and resolution in partnership with ComplianceOverseeing the accurate processing of all payable invoices and credit notesReconciling accounts to supplier statements on a regular basis to ensure accounts are kept up to dateSupporting internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory reporting cyclesAnalysing end‑to‑end workflows and identify opportunities for improvement using data‑driven insightsWorking closely with sales, client relationship teams, and senior leaders to align operational priorities with business goalsManaging invoicing, AUM capture, sales reporting, commission recording, and related business reportingOverseeing office operations including vendor management, stock control, phone systems, diary management, and annual leave approvalsProviding administrative and operational support for high‑net‑worth clients where requiredActing as escalation point for client complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow‑throughWho is NFP?
