Hotel Operations Manager Position
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Hotel Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth daily operations of the hotel.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Assisting the General Manager with overall planning, organizing, and control of all departments within the hotel
2. Maintaining a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming
3. Attending weekly HOD meetings and following up on any outstanding issues from week to week
4. Floor walking of each area of the hotel, ensuring all standards are maintained
5. Effectively communicating with all managers, supervisors, and senior staff on a daily basis
Requirements
* At least three years' experience in a senior hotel operations role
* Total hotel expert with experience across various hotel departments
* Strong bar knowledge
* Proven team leader with excellent communication and motivational skills
* Excellent service standards and genuine guest-focused approach
* Keen financial acumen
* Familiarity with various hotel systems/PMS
* Positive leadership skills
* Genuine love of hospitality
