This position suits a commercially minded professional who enjoys developing long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and working collaboratively with technical teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.
Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
* Proactively manage client expectations to ensure a high level of satisfaction
* Respond to client queries, issues, and escalations promptly and professionally
* Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
* Support the delivery of projects by coordinating with engineering teams and external partners
* Monitor account performance against agreed commercial targets
Experience
* Previous experience in an Account Manager, Sales, or Client-facing role
* Experience working with B2B customers
* Demonstrated ability to manage accounts and achieve commercial objectives
* Background in engineering, construction, building services, or another technical environment
* Relevant third-level qualification in business, engineering, or a related field
