Greyhound Recycling is recruiting an experienced, commercially minded Financial Reporting Manager to take ownership of group financial reporting, insight, and decision support across a complex, multi-entity business.
This is a senior finance role at the centre of governance and performance visibility. It’s not just about producing accurate numbers. It’s about explaining what they mean, where risk is emerging, and how leadership should respond.

The role
You’ll lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting across the group, owning consolidation, statutory compliance, and audit processes. You’ll work with large datasets, challenge assumptions, improve reporting systems, and translate financial and operational data into clear, actionable insight for senior leadership.
You’ll also play a key role in strengthening controls, improving reporting efficiency through automation, and supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
What we’re looking for
ACA-qualified finance professional with strong financial reporting experience
Proven background in group reporting, consolidation, and IFRS environments
High level of analytical capability and commercial judgement
Comfortable working with complex data and presenting insight at executive level
Experience improving reporting processes, systems, or automation
Calm, structured, and reliable under deadlines and audit pressure
