What you'll be doing
1. Provide consultative support, always aiming to go the extra mile for customers
2. Assist B2B clients with queries and technical issues via email, phone, and chat
3. Work closely with other teams and product specialists to resolve complex cases
4. Ensure customer satisfaction remains consistently high
5. Show flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude in every interaction
What we're looking for
6. Fluency in German and English (written & spoken, C2 level)
7. Previous experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Service or Technical Support)
8. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
9. A proactive, customer-first mindset
