Longford, part of an international group.This permanent, on-site role reports directly to the Finance Director and sits at the heart offinancial decision-making. You will oversee financial compliance, reporting, management accounts, and lead a small finance team while providing insights to support strategic business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Ensure adherence to accounting compliance, statutory regulations, and company financial standards.Prepare and review management accounts and financial statements accurately and on time.Conduct financial analysis to inform business strategy and decision-making.Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and performance.Drive improvements in accounting processes and provide financial insights to stakeholders across the business.Requirements:Recognised professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA, CIMA).Minimum 5 years' post-qualified experience in financial reporting and management accounting.Proven people management and leadership skills.Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organisational ability.Experience within an international group is advantageous.DisclaimerBy applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
