Security & Residents Services Personnel
Mosney Village is set in 80 acres of open green space along the coastline of East County Meath. Home to 900 multi-national residents, Mosney Village is a unique setting that provides all residents with their own private home. This enables residents to live independently in a safe and secure environment. The village is comprised of over 300 houses, bungalows and apartments in a tranquil setting adjoining Monsey's very private beach. Residents can avail of the vast array of facilities and services available within Mosney Village to assist, advise and support them during their stay.
Mosney Village is an exciting and rewarding work environment. With a highly experienced, committed and skilled team in place. The company is now looking for full time personnel to join the Resident Services Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right person. The ideal candidate will have:
· Ability to work flexible hours within a team on a rota basis (days, nights, weekends, bank holidays) as required by the company
· Excellent personal presentation, deportment and attention to detail
· Ability to communicate effectively with a range of audiences
· Computer Literate in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel
· Good interpersonal and English communication skills (written & verbal), including use of 2-way radio
· Excellent Customer Service skills, pleasant and friendly demeanour
· Physically fit to work a 12-hour shift which requires regular site checks and patrols throughout the shift
· Proactive attitude with the ability to work as a team player and to be able to use own initiative
· Full clean driving licence
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Previous experience in a Customer Focused Role or Security position is a distinct advantage but not a prerequisite.
